Welcome to
Oasis Mozambique

Transforming lives, one at a time.

Who we are

Oasis Mozambique is a Mozambican association (charity) nationally registered and has been working in Beira since 2002 and officially registered in 2005. It is part of Oasis global which started operating in the United Kingdom in 1985. Oasis works in 53 communities around the world, throughout the 5 continents. Country bases are interdependent. Each country has a local board which gives direction to the local office in-line with our global ends policy. The global office provides technical support to ensure excellence and innovation

  • Oasis Vision: Our vision is for community – a place where everyone is included, making a contribution and reaching their God-given potential.

  • Organizational objectives:  Communities of Mozambique characterized by high levels of trust, safety, cohesion, mutual support, vibrancy, health and opportunity, and have increasing capacity to address their own issues.

What we do

Oasis Mozambique works in an integrated and comprehensive way to ensure that local communities thrive, and people that are exploited are restored and included in supportive communities. Oasis establish projects based on thorough research that meet locally determined priorities, build on the assets of local communities, and use the projects as model for replication.
